AD AGENCIES
• 15% Commissions are paid to recognized agencies when camera-ready art is provided.
• Agencies and advertisers are jointly and severally liable for all charges, invoices, unpaid balances
and collection costs.
• Agency commissions are disallowed 60 days after invoice date.
PAYMENT
All payments are net 10 days. In the event any money is not paid under this Guarantee, the undersigned
agree to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney fee of twenty-five (25) % and 10 percent
interest on the unpaid balance. Further, the undersigned agree that the proper venue for any such legal
action shall be at the location of the administrative office of the publisher in East Baton Rouge Parish and
agree to submit to proceeding to judgment in the location of the administrative office of the publisher.
A $50 handling charge will be added to customer invoices for NSF checks.
PUBLISHING SCHEDULE
South Baton Rouge Neighbors will be published on or about the 10 th of February, April, June, August, October and
December. Deadline for advertising is the 10th of the month prior to publication.
RESTRICTIONS
• The owners and publishers of Neighbors reserve the right to refuse any advertising they deem
inappropriate in view of the publication’s goals and high standards.
• Materials produced by Neighbors shall remain the sole property of the owners and publishers of the
magazine. Such material may be reproduced only with written permission from the publisher.
Rates effective January 1, 2010
*Advertisers who cancel signed contracts will be “short rated”.
