1. An accident
Joshua is my cousin. On one fine evening, he and his friends went to a field which was a stone's throw
away. Then, they started playing football happily. Out of blue, they heard a loud crash from the other
side of the road.
There, a motorcyclist was lying unconscious on the road. Blood was oozing from his forehead. He had hit
the van when he was riding his motorcycle. The bonnet of the van was damaged but the driver was
unharmed.
The three of them ran as fast as a deer to where the incident happened. Joshua immediately phoned
and informed what happened. In a nick of time, the ambulance and the police arrived. The motorcyclist
was taken to the hospital.
The police inquired the van driver to find out what happened. The van driver blamed the motorcyclist
because he was speeding before the accident. It was an unforgettable day in Joshua 's life.
Kindness Pays
Elis is a poor girl. She lived in the small hut with her mother. She is a cheerful,bright and kind girl. Her
mother adores her very much. One day,Elis went to the forest to pluck some flowers and berries for her
mother. Elis felt hungry and suddenly found the spot to sit. Elis was take out the bun from her
basket.Elis wanted to eat the bun.
Suddenly, an old woman was appeared from somewhere.the old woman was very hungry.Elis felt so
sorry so she gave the bun to the old woman. The old woman ate hungrily. After ate the bun, the old
woman was put something to Elis’s basket. The old woman thanked Elis for her kindness. The old
woman went away from the place.
After that, Elis went to her home. She gave the basket to her mother. Elis and his mother was very
shock because saw a lot of gold coins in the basket. Until now, Elis and her mother are rich and have a
big farm. They lived happily ever after.
