I am a dynamic and engaging librarian whose focus is improving the library experience for all users as we move into new forms of information gathering and access in the 21st Century. Additionally, I feel libraries works best as a whole organism - not disparate parts, to better serve not only our patron base, but to ensure all who work in the library feel empowered and enjoy their work/life balance. One of my goals, as I move forward in my career, is to always strive to make the work we do enjoyable for all involved. I am passionate about learning new ways to deliver information to our users as well as continue my own research and scholarship.
