Michael is an accidental entrepreneur. Armed with a computer science degree from Boston College, he began his career as a technology consultant with Accenture. He then spent eight years at Sapient Corporation before deciding he was ready for something new. The “new” came in the form of Buildium, which he co-founded with Sapient colleagues Dimitris Georgakopoulos and Christopher Cheung in 2004. Michael no longer writes code, but keeps quite busy overseeing our marketing and customer care efforts. Michael, who lives just south of Boston with his wife and two children, enjoys commuting by boat (and mocking colleagues who commute by car through Boston traffic).
