First, find your main goal and work
towards it. Then plan your strategy by
breaking down the task into smaller
chunks. Second, start with putting your plan in
action mod and monitor your
performance. For example, setting up
alarms for certain activities.
Third, reflect by reporting on your
performance and how you felt during each
task and after you completed it.
