This homework assignment provides a weekly schedule for a first grade student from August 29th to September 2nd, 2011. It includes assignments for reading, writing, math, Spanish, physical education, and notes about upcoming holidays. Students are asked to read for at least 10 minutes each night and fill out a reading log. Writing assignments include working on an "It's in the Bag" project about the student and including pictures from their past in their writing folder. Math focuses on numbers everywhere. Spanish lessons review greetings online. Friday's assignment is to take home a PE bag and wear the Friday uniform. A note reminds parents about Labor Day.
