This article analyzes stories from women entrepreneurs to identify their training needs for success in business. The researchers conducted narrative analysis of experiences shared by women business owners to understand what skills and knowledge would be most helpful in empowering more women to start their own companies. Their findings provide insight into the types of educational programs that could best equip female entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to launch and grow sustainable enterprises.
