Masahiro Sato has been working for Digital Hollywood University graduate school as a professor since 2009. He teaches how to innovate education by using digital technology called "Effective Learning Lab". He also works as Director of the Collaborative Research Center at the University. Furthermore, he also owns a company called "grownavi" which offers human resource development services. He was born in Tokyo,Japan. He graduated from Kokugakuin University in Tokyo, Japan in 1991 . After graduation, he worked for Nippon Telegram and Telephone Corp. (NTT) as a network system consultant from 1991 to 1998.
