“Simple & Smart …
“Simply by washing your
toothbrush you have the
most direct, aggressive,
tangible control factor
when treating a cold or
flu infection !
Clinical studies have shown that :
Streptococcus, Rhino and Asian viruses
will transfer from your mouth to your
toothbrush contaminating it. The
germs then incubate in between uses,
growing multiplying. If un washed , you
reintroduce the germs back into your
mouth, Reinforcing the virus you are
fighting .
U.S. workers took an average
of 14 sick days. On average,
employees took 10 days off
because they were sick or
injured and four to care for
family members, according to
the U.S. Agency for Health-
care Research and Quality.

Right Now, Germs Are Spreading Through
Your work place Like Wildfire
You most likely know that your office is a
Petri dish of vile contagions, during cold
and flu season. But what you might find
(disturbingly) surprising is just how quickly
and how far those germs can spread
throughout the store— reaching up to 60
percent of workers, visitors, and commonly
touched objects within just four hours. That’s
according to the creepy new findings of noted
University of Arizona professor of
microbiology Charles Gerba, which he
presented recently at the 54th Interscience
Conference on Antimicrobial Agents in
Washington, D.C.
“We were surprised at how fast so many sites
got contaminated, pretty much saturating the
place in just four hours,” Gerba told Yahoo
Health, the most contaminated area besides
the line at the check out counter is the deli
waiting area, or coffee-break room it tends to
get contaminated right away, Office buildings,
a conference room, and a healthcare facilitys
and Schools
“What it tells us is that the hand is quicker than
the sneeze,” Gerba suggested various other ways
in which to reduce the chances of getting sick at
