Since I entered the digital marketing field, I have been interested in how social network technologies can be harnessed in effective ways that add value both to consumers and marketers.
My main belief is that every brand and/or company can achieve more using digital and social technologies. Sometimes it is enough just to improve communication, on other occasions the whole customer experience has to be re-examined to deliver better products and services in the long run.
There is no "one-solution-fits-all" and my main interest and specialty is to find solutions for problems that haven't been solved yet.
