As a founder of the SAP Community Network (SCN), I added business process experts (BPX) to the existing SAP Developer Network(SDN) producing a unique, critically acclaimed community. Richard Adler from the Aspen Institute called this community, with its 2.5 million engaged members, “the most extensive use to date of social media by a corporation,” For the last decade, I have created special events at the SAP TechEd Conference promoting topics such as the importance of empathy, inclusion, Design Thinking, and purpose-driven coding in software development.
