Currently working for CheBanca! the retail bank of Gruppo Mediobanca my role is to manage the customers experience through different bank's channels from mobile app to in-store experience.
During seven years of consultancy, first in Reply and then in Capgemini, I was involved in many digital tranformation projects where I could improve my skills to reach a broad hybrid knowledge that goes from tech innovation to digital marketing.
