Mahesh Notandass, the director of Notandass Jewellery Pvt Ltd., is a fourth generation jeweler, has had a long affair with jewellery industry and his addiction to jewellery go back along way. He was also, the first Indian to receive an award from De Beers in Paris for the best jewellery piece in diamonds in the year 1996. Mahesh Notandass believes that many of his decisions like the intensive search for new markets, the hiring of in-house jewellery designers to create his products, new concepts like special chambers where customers
