Eric A. Combs, M.S.Ed., M.Ed. 2006 Ohio Teacher of the Year Eric Combs is retired from the United States Air Force. During his 20 year career, Sergeant Combs served as Security Forces Superintendent and special tactics instructor. He has been stationed in South Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Wyoming and England and has been on numerous deployments in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. He was the 1992 Non-commissioned Officer of the Year for USAF in Europe and served as a tactical evaluator and trainer with the British Special Air Service.
