Founder of OneForce Fitness (http://oneforcefitness.com). I was an overweight guy, working 11-12 hour days, who's lack of fitness was spiraling out of control. I was on the verge of suffering from severe medical conditions. I come from a family of Diabetics, High blood pressure and heart disease. One day I decided to part with family tradition and get control of my health and my life. 50 lbs later and I'm still going. Now as a P90X Certified, Beachbody Coach I'm on a mission to help others do the same and set an example for our society to help end the trend of obesity.
