This is the online image of the parking ticket.
The Rule I was charged with was
misdescribed. I did not park in a safety zone.
Rather, I exited my curbside parking space, drove
across the buffer zone on Barclay Avenue,
and was stopped waiting for traffic to pass
so I could safely enter the travel lane of the roadway
when this ticket was issued.
