PROJECT DETAILS
Google Feedback is a system for gathering and processing user feedback (from both internal and
external users) about your product. It gives users an easy-to- use way of submitting bug reports
and feature requests, and it provides product teams with a powerful clustering system that groups
individual Reports into issue tags to allow you to effectively handle feedback at scale. The
Feedback system is comprised of an in-product interface that collects user reports and an
administrative interface (called the Triage UI) that surfaces problems to product teams. We have
clients for a variety of platforms, including web properties (both mobile and desktop), Android
applications, and Chrome/Chrome OS. In all cases, you include a bit of our client code in your
application and give the user a way of triggering the Feedback submission flow and we take care
of the rest.
2. Roles & Responsibility :
Interacting with client side professionals for fetching business requirements, verification and
analysis. Preparing Clarification Document and attending the clarification call with Business
Analyst. Reporting, Verifying and tracking bugs using Bugzilla, sending status report to client on
daily / weekly basis. Performed Regression test on every new builds. Interacted with the
developers for bug fixes and problem resolution. Participated in regular project status meetings
related to testing.
