My passion: Internal/Employee Communications (particularly Employee Engagement). I have intentionally pivoted my focus from PR to Internal (corporate, agency, and consulting) for the last ten years. I have helped companies and clients increase and raise their effectiveness to build a culture of consensus, trust, candid conversation, and community with employees and customers. I enjoy engaging with employees and leading innovative programs for navigating change and business transformation.
