I have more than 2 decades of experience in every part of a software development organization, and am passionate about using that experience to help others write better software. I prefer to engage on strategic initiatives that transform a team or organization over individual "one off" projects. I'm a strong believer that you don't "do" DevOps. DevOps is a culture change. Continuous Delivery is the thing you "do" technically across your DevOps enabled organization. They are complementary, and both are required.
