Passionate problem solver with 18 years of experience implementing strategic business solutions. My specialty is understanding the users and stakeholders, understanding the desired results from each group involved and delivering quality solutions that exceed expectations. I have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills and have been responsible for all aspects of implementing a new process, from analysis through delivery and support.
