Organization’s support personnel may use it to log the requests coming from its customers -
internal or external to the organization. SupportLocus also provides an optional page for
organization’s customers to directly open a case from a 'Support' section of their website.

Competition Track is a web portal for engineering graduates that allows them to prepare
for and appear to different kinds of online tests with their results. It provides the tracking of their
previous test information and their improvements interpreted in different graphs and charts for
their faculty or tutors. It also provides different features such as games and articles through
which students can have fun and also improve their skills on a particular subject.
