I am working as a Software Engineer, specialized in Service Oriented Desktop and Web applications. My projects involve C4SRI and real/near-real time surveillance systems as well as implementing and REST and web services. Since 2014 I have been a member of the Madgik group www.madgik.di.uoa.gr of the University of Athens and I have been involved as a software engineer and associate researcher in the ATHENA Research Centre. My specialties include RESTful and Web Services, query optimisation techniques for graph databases in Java as well as Windows Desktop and Web Applications, Windows/Web Services, SignalR/Web Sockets and WCF in .NET
