relating to President Obama’s executive action today. The panel will determine whether the

in essence despite an injunction issued by a federal judge.
Background.On November 20, 2014, The president announced a fresh Executive Action on
immigration designed to protect parents of Usa citizens and lawful permanents residents from
deportation. The individual's entitled to these deferred action programs will be granted work
permits, renewable every 3 years.
