A mix of marketing and technology expertise acquired from my experience of: - a developer in the ‘80’s specialising in large database applications (aircraft & crew scheduling systems for British Airways) - CRM systems consultant and board director for an Ogilvy subsidiary in the early 90’s - IT Director for EMEA responsible IT strategy, capital and operational budgets in a region of 4000 employees. Created Truffles, Ogilvy’s first [successful] global intranet - Founder and Managing Director of SmallWorlders, an award winning boutique intranet agency Father and fiddle player.
