GASLAND Director Available for Interviews in DFW
Denton, TX - February 2010 - Thin Line Film Fest is proud to announce that Josh Fox,
director of GASLAND, winner of the U.S. Documentary Special Jury Prize at this year’s
Sundance Film Festival, will be available for interviews on Tuesday, February 16 from
3-4 pm and on Wednesday, February 17, from 2-5pm in Denton, TX.
GASLAND is a critically acclaimed documentary exploring the consequences of natural
gas drilling nationwide. Portions of the movie were filmed in DISH and parts in Tarrant
County. Thin Line Film Fest will be the first showing of GASLAND after receiving the
prestigious Sundance Film Fest award.
Thin Line Film Fest will be held February 17-21 in Denton, TX. The full schedule
includes 46 documentaries: 23 features and 23 shorts. There are 6 World Premieres, 3
U.S. Premieres, 6 Southwest Premieres and 20 Texas Premieres. Thirteen films are
international representing 9 countries.
