1. DID YOU KNOW?
Per Local Law 52
• Any worker USING a supported scaffold, of ANY height, must have successfully
completed a 4 HR User Supported Scaffold Course.
• Any worker, building, modifying, erecting or dismantling a supported scaffold
must have successfully completed a 32 HR Erector/Dismantler Supported Scaf-
fold Course.
HOWEVER, these scaffold certifications are valid for only 4 years. Many
certifications WILL be expiring this year! Are you covered?
• Workers with an expired 4 hour User Supported Scaffold card will need to retake
another 4 hour User course
• Workers with an expired 32 hour Erector/Dismantler Supported Scaffolding card
will need to take (**OUR NEW**) 8 hour User Refresher course.
