I adopt a multi-paradigmatic or integral approach to studying behaviors related to social action. I am trying to understand why there is a mismatch between aspirations for development in Tanzania and the patchy outcomes. I conduct research on topics related to children’s rights, social change and development praxis. I regularly lecture about development and children’s rights. I am a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; trained in Evidence Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University.
