If someone asks my friend to describe about me, they would portray me as a person who is enjoyable, good listener and self-motivating person. According to big four temperaments my personality is peaceful phlegmatic. I am a person who make mistakes and learns from those mistakes I do, I gain knowledge more from practical exposure rather than theoretical content.
