 Cinema is the reflection of the society which
reflects our past , present and future.
 Cinema is a form of communication.
 Powerful vehicle for Education , Culture and
Publicity.
 The prior function of a movie is to delight the
audience and then to instruct.

5. Cinema As a Medium of a Social
Awareness
 Movies are considered to be one of the most popular
medium of mass communication in world which is
equally effective in every part of society.
 It is reachable to every part of the society such as
people of towns, villages and metro cities in every
language.
 Movies have a big number of audience so it can
easily can spread awareness among people about
human rights, education, pollution etc...

7. A Basic Survey on Cinema
and its impact
 According to survey 54.5% of people like to watch
cinema sometimes, 36.4% very often and 9.1%
rarely. It means everyone like to watch cinema.
 Acc to survey there are 0% who are not affected by
cinema that means it is a very affective medium.
 Some percent believes that cinema is also main
reason for the many crimes.

8. Negative Impact
× Movies can sometimes show the wrong way to deal
with the problems.
× Violent behaviour and killing action
× Wastage of money and time
× Movies based on terrorism will lead the youth to a
dangerous way.

 Movies can open the eyes to what’s out there for
them and show what problems were happening in
the world.
 There will never be a good or bad cinema, it will
always depends on the viewers mindset.
