2. Metamorphasis
I believe beauty really is in the little things, If we
stop and connect with the magnificent creatures
that surround us we are sure to be surprised.
This little guy took my breath away! It was not only
his striking patterns and rhythmic movements that
inspired me but the idea that he would soon
transform into something completely different.
This natural phenomenon inspired me to think
about transformations in my own life, how change
is constantly around us, within us and how nothing
stays the same for very long.
With these thoughts I decided to create some art….

3. Re creating my interpretation of the
stages of metamorphosis I
explored the patterns, shapes,
colours and biological formations of
caterpillars to butterfly
-Abstract allows freedom in
application and room to explore
