Sports science conditioning expert. My expertise deals in training the female athlete across a wide range of sports from basketball, volleyball, swimming, cross country and track & field. My expertise has focused recently on the injured female runner. This area of expertise deals in working with medical specialist, athletic trainers and physical therapist as we seek to regain sports performance functionality in these female athletes.
