I have been working in or with Insurance agencies since 1986. I started as a software developer and agency conslutant for users of the Redshaw Agency Managment System. In 1993 I transisitioned into Agency Operations at Ottawa Kent. I was responsible for both Personal Lines management for 10 years as our office grew from 20 employees to 45. I specialize in computer utilization for processing, marketing and overall efficiency. I have worked mainly with The Agency Manager from Applied Systems but have some expericense with the old Redshaw System, and AMS360.
