I'm person who loves productivity, quality and fast feedback/flexibility. These are my main expertises. I develop software 21 years. I am payed for it last 8 years. Since 2006 I have been in Team Leader, Lead Engineer and Scrum Master positions but I didn't stop development. You won't find a week not spent SW development at least 6 days a week last 10 years.
