Welcome to our virtual user group meeting.
Our goal is for this to be an interactive
bidirectional discussion vs. a unidirectional
presentation.

4. Audio Using Telephone
• During a session, select Use
Telephone in the Audio
pane of your Control Panel.
• Dial the conference call
number provided.
• Enter the access code
followed by the # key.
• Enter the Audio PIN
followed by the # key
5. Audio Using Computer
• Select "Mic & Speakers" in
the Audio pane of your
Control Panel.
• Click Test.
– Select a microphone
(headsets with a mic work
best) from the drop-down
– Select speakers from the
drop-down
– Meters will light up green
when working properly
6. Raise Your Hand
To speak during the presentation
• Click the button labeled “Raise
your hand“ found at the bottom
of the attendee panel to be
added to the queue.
• When it is your turn the
moderator will turn on your
audio and let you know you
have the floor.

9. RDA Rewording
• First batch of reworded chapters (9, 10, 11, &
6) were released in RDA Toolkit in Dec. 2012.
• Remaining reworded chapters released as
available with the expectation that all
reworded chapters released by mid 2013.
10. RDA Print
• A new print accumulation of RDA will be
issued once all of the reworded chapters are
complete (currently expected in mid 2013)
• All changes made to RDA up to and including
the 2013 RDA Update will be included.
• Annual print updates are expected to this
accumulation beginning in mid 2014 and
every year thereafter.
11. Essential RDA
• A companion to RDA
• Basic instructions and core elements coded
into the RDA will form the foundation
• An editor (or team of editors) with expertise in
RDA and oversight from the JSC will shape the
material into a practical guide
• Available in multiple formats including print
and e-book in addition to inclusion in RDA
