 Everyone jumps and turns
 Events
 3x40sec (Three for 40 seconds each)
 2x60sec (Two for 60 seconds each)

5. Triple Unders
 Individual event
 Rope spins 3x before landing
 Not timed
 Jumper goes until he/she misses

6. Single Rope Freestyle
 Jumper has freedom
 Events (45-75 seconds)
 Individual Freestyle (One jumper)
 Pairs Freestyle (Two jumpers)
 Team Freestyle (Four jumpers)

7. Double Dutch Freestyle
 Everyone must jump and turn
 Events (45-75 seconds)
 Double Dutch Single Freestyle (Three people)
 Double Dutch Pairs Freestyle (Four people)
 Double Dutch Triad Freestyle (Five people)

8. Fusion
Where Dance Meets Jump Rope
 Very few rules/guidelines
 Possibilities are endless
 Speed/Freestyle/Dance
 Time: 3-5min

9. World Jump Rope Championships
 Event occurs annually in July
 Location changes annually
