My main goal is to apply my educational background, professional experience and strong leadership skills in a high performance team environment through the provision of effective training techniques and protocols designed to promote the achievement of individual athletic excellence. My training philosophy includes providing competitive athletes, regardless of talent level, the means by which they may train consistently, sensibly and systematically over the designated time periods in a safe, clean and professional manner in order to help prevent injury and improve athletic performance.
