11. ¿DÓNDE INNOVAR?
• Como responsables de m-comercio,
debes pensar en aprovechar algunas
tecnologías antes citadas
• La adopción temprana aporta ventaja
competitiva, pero mayor riesgo
• La adopción en las etapas de madurez
ofrece seguridad pero mayor
competencia
• Opción: buscar innovación en m-comercio
y después estudiar qué
tecnologías móviles serían utilizables

la presencia en la red
• Reactivos
• Inteligentes: Dear Assistant
38. • Relativamente fáciles de crear
• SocialBots para propaganda, publicidad,
atención a tu empresa...
• Bots para promover el tabaco...
• Investigadores de la Universidad Federal
de Ouro Preto, Brasil anuncian que
Carina Santos, una periodista con
muchísimos seguidores en Twitter, no era
una persona, sino un bot,
• Twitalyzer clasificaba a Ms. Santos
con más influencia que Oprah Winfrey.

45. • Mide “sentimientos”
de cada tweet que
analiza
IBM has established the IBM Social Sentiment Index to aggregate and gauge public opinion from
a range of social media. The software used can distinguish between sarcasm and sincerity, and
applies machine learning to identify which social media commentary is important—and which
is just background noise. Through this sentiment analysis, IBM creates real-time public opinion
snapshots, identifying trends and gauging how consumers feel about a variety of topics from
retail and sports, to movies and urban traffic.

56. IDEA INNOVADORA: LA APP PLAGUE
• Plague es una nueva red social
inventada por el equipo lituano Deep
Sea Marketing
• se dedica a infectar contenido desde
un móvil a otro.
• Cada vez que los usuarios publican
una imagen o video, se envía
automáticamente a los cuatro
usuarios más cercanos
geográficamente, si les gusta, se
vuelve a enviar a otras cuatro
personas.
• Si el contenido no agrada entonces
no se comparte
57. PROTESTAS EN HONG KONG:
CONEXIÓN EMERGENTE
• ¿Sabiduría de las masas?
• ¿Ideas de aplicación?
58. IDEAS…

• Sensores, Smart Cities, etc…
• Pero… ¿Y las apps?
61. EL AUTOMÓVIL COMO MÁQUINA
MOVIBLE
• Oportunidad:
• desarrollo de nuevos
productos y servicios
• compartición (puntual o
habitual)
64. DIEZ OBSTÁCULOS (OPORTUNIDADES)
http://www.forbes.com/pictures/mkk45ihlk/10-obstacles-for-connected-cars/
• Cars Take Longer To Develop Than Smartphones
• New Safety Laws Will Dictate Connectivity
• Carmakers Need Mobile Partners
• Car Dealers Need To Be Tech Savvy
• Connected Cars Will Likely Be Shared Cars
• Built-In or Brought-In Connections?
• Who will pay for connected car services?
• How many apps should overloaded drivers be able to access?
• Self-Driving Cars Will Arrive, But Not Now
65. CASO DE ESTUDIO VII:
SATISFACER LA NECESIDAD (DE
INFORMACIÓN) EN EL MOMENTO
• INNOVAR
• ARRIESGAR
• CENTRARSE EN TUS COMPETENCIAS
