Writing Your Newsletter<br />Font formatting options similar to Word<br />Change font size if article doesn’t fit or doesn’t take up enough space<br />Cut, copy, paste<br />Right click on text or object to add hyperlink<br />Rick click and choose Format Autoshape to change object’s color and borders<br />To keep it simple, use font and color styles you chose when you created your template<br />
  10. 10. Publishing Your Newsletter<br />Save as Publisher file and use same template for next newsletter<br />Simply change headings, articles, clipart, images, etc.<br />Publish as PDF and share<br />PDF format can’t be changed by others<br />Upload to web page<br />Attach to email<br />
