6. Formatting Your Template Page Options Number of columns Add objects (logo, quote text box, etc.) Color Scheme Font Scheme Number of pages Delete pages you don’t want to use Tip: Hit F9 key to zoom in and out
7. Personalizing Your Template Think about information you want to include on every newsletter Title, headings, contact information, date, logo, clipart or other image Delete objects you don’t want to use Click and drag to move objects Right click to change pictures

Writing Your Newsletter Font formatting options similar to Word Change font size if article doesn’t fit or doesn’t take up enough space Cut, copy, paste Right click on text or object to add hyperlink Rick click and choose Format Autoshape to change object’s color and borders To keep it simple, use font and color styles you chose when you created your template
10. Publishing Your Newsletter Save as Publisher file and use same template for next newsletter Simply change headings, articles, clipart, images, etc. Publish as PDF and share PDF format can’t be changed by others Upload to web page Attach to email
