I have 12 years of experience in communication industry mainly in B/OSS solution architecture and contact center solution integration and development. I spent 7 years in ADVOSS developing B/OSS solution, development and operations and playing on all roles starting from a software developer to director development and operations. I did NGOSS certification from Malaysia in 2006 and developed the order management module following eTOM and SID. We also did some development on service fulfillment application following NGOSS standards.
