1. (*) You are eligible for compassionate appointment in case your parents (i.e. father/mother) have served in
Assam Rifles and died/retired on medical grounds while in service. For supporting documents you have to
submit Discharge Certificate/Death Certificate/Income Certificate and service particulars including
Regimental Number, Rank, Name and Unit of your parent alongwith above application. Ex-servicemen
must attach copy of discharge certificate.
