The first certification is from Visayas State University stating that the recipient is the sole recipient of financial assistance from the President's Social Fund and no other family member received assistance. The second certification is from a barangay office certifying that the beneficiary is a resident of the barangay whose house was partially damaged by Typhoon Yolanda and has since undertaken repairs, and the house is not in a designated danger area.
