Mile Ivanda is senior scientist at Ruđer Bošković Institute (RBI) since 2005. He received his Ph Degree in physics at University of Zagreb in 1992, and was employee of IRB since 1986. In 1994-96 he was Alexander von Humboldt post-doctoral fellow at the Uni Wuerzburg, Germany. In 2000-01 he was visiting scientist at Uni Trento, Italy. His research is focused to the structure, optical and electronic properties of semiconductor and oxide nanoparticles. He was developed a new method of low-frequency Raman spectroscopy to determine the size of nanoparticles. He was leaded 8 research projects.
