Centre to bring real estate bill in budget session:
The government is all set to bring in the Real Estate Regulation Bill,
which aims to establish a regulatory authority for enforcing fair
practice and accountability norms, in the forthcoming budget session
of Parliament. Various builder associations have been asked to submit
their reservations and revised suggestions with the Urban Housing and
Poverty Alleviation Ministry.
