Nawal Kishore was an Indian publisher and printer known for publishing affordable books in Hindi and Urdu. He established a printing press in Varanasi in 1890 that published over 800 titles covering topics like religion, literature and education. The printing press helped popularize literature and make it more accessible to the masses in northern India.
