• Scouting agent: we individuate in our geographical area high potential start-
ups, pick the most promising out and reject the unfeasible ones.
• First evaluation: we endow them with accurate feasibility studies and business
plans and we channel them to our investor partners for the final approval.
• Service provider: we offer VCs and Business Angels the possibility to
outsource us business plan, feasibility studies and other anlysis they need, even
for companies they scouted autonomously.

OUR POLICY
Our priority is SMEs satisfaction since they represent our direct customers.
• We don’t accept exclusivity agreements
• We keep the right to choose the best investors in the behalf of our
customers
• The cost of all our services are charged to the SMEs
• In case the investor partner opts for financing, he will be charged with a
predetermined fee based on the returns
• For the autonoumsly scouted projects outsourced services will be directly
charged to the investor partner
