An innovative pilot project aimed at helping community groups lose weight and in return, rewarded by raising money for their local community cause. For every pound of weight lost a sterling pound was pledged to a community cause. After six months, pounds lost were totaled by those who took part and community causes rewarded with the appropriate sterling equivalent.
