POWER CONSOLES
Hotfoil-EHS manufactures a wide
range of standard and custom power
consoles. All Hotfoil-EHS power
consoles are designed using heavy-
duty tubing for a strong base frame.
Front and back panels are hinged for
easy access during repairs and
cleaning. The side panels are bolted on
and the top is held in place with four
(4) lifting lugs. A stainless handle and
front “kick” is also standard. Heavy duty
6” casters allow the user to easily roll
them around. CE approval is offered
on all machines.
Hotfoil-EHS also carries the ICE-Star
control system which blends ease of
operation, recording, and reporting
into one compact package, all while
allowing users to operate the system
remotely. Hotfoil-EHS is the
distributor for this system in North and
South America as well as Europe and
the Middle East.
RECORDERS
Hotfoil-EHS carries the Chino AH4000
digital recorder with SD Card as well as
the “basic paper chart” EH model.
GAS TRAINS
Hotfoil-EHS manufactures a wide variety
of gas trains and burners, ranging in
output from 1, 3, 6, and 10 Million BTU’s.
They can be made in “manual” and/or
“fully automatic”. They also offer
blowers ranging in size from 1HP – 25HP
+, each with a custom-built stainless-
steel damper. All burners, trains, and
blower assemblies are made in house.
TRIPLE CABLE SETS AND
SPLITTERS
Hotfoil-EHS stocks both 25mm² and
35mm² cables. All cables are wrapped
with 3M tape such that the T/C
extension wire is locked in place and
will not snag and pull away.
HEATERS
Hotfoil-EHS heaters are made with
80/20 NiChrome wire; they DO NOT use
60/16.
Heaters using “Kanthal D” wire for high
temperature applications are also
available. Hotfoil-EHS manufactures
heaters for 30, 40, 60, and 80 volts;
higher voltages are available upon
request. All heaters have a 9” cold tail
welded on as standard.
