RESULTS  People less-committed to be working in Private than in government sector. Reasons: - Job hopping - As just ‘Stone-stepping’  Most of the Bruneian job seekers claimed that Government sector is beneficial than Private sector due to security reasons and future preferences.
RESULT  Common trend on the beliefs which led to choosy in career.  Therefore, may increase the number of unemployment based on the news headlines in Brunei Times dated June 25, 2011( http://www.bt.com.bn/news- national/2011/06/25/employment-issues-need-urgent- action)
