Helena describes her daily routine: - She wakes up at 8am, has breakfast while watching TV, then gets dressed and brushes her teeth by 8:20am. - She goes to high school by car, starting at 9am. During the day she has classes, sport, and lunch with friends from 1-3pm. - After school she does homework, extracurricular activities like basketball, then plays with her sister before dinner at 9pm. She prepares for bed and sleeps by 10pm.

What do I do every
day?

2. Every day I get up at
eight o’clock.

3. I have breakfast at five past eight
while I watch TV. I normally drink
a cup of milk and
some cookies.

4. I get dressed at a
quarter past eight.

5. I go to the bathroom and I
brush my teeth at twenty past
eight.

6. I brush my hair at
twenty five past eight.

7. I go to high school by
my mum’s car at half
past eight.

8. I start school at a
quarter to nine.

9. I go to the playground at a
quarter to one. I talk with my
friends and I eat my
sandwich.

10. At school I do sport and I study
languages, maths, technology,
music, natural science, social… My
favourite subject is sport.

11. I finish school at three o’clock. I
come back to my house by my
mum’s car or by my neighbour’s
car.

12. I have lunch with my family at a
half past three. While my mum
is cooks lunch, I start to do my
homework.

13. When I finish lunch, I
continue doing my
homework.

14. In the afternoon I play basketball with my
team, “Bisbal Bàsquet”, I do Kajukenbo in
“Indoor Gym” or I study English.

15. When I finish my extracurricular
classes, I play with my little sister
Jordina. We play Wii games...

16. I watch TV with my little sister, at
a quarter to eight. We watch the
Info K. It is news for children.

17. I have a shower at a quarter to
eight. Then I get dressed and I
brush my hair.

18. I have dinner with my family at
nine o’clock. While we eat, we
watch TV. We normally watch the
news.

19. I prepare my school bag
for the next day at a half
past nine.

20. I go to bed at ten
o’clock. After brushing my
teeth.
