2. Prosthodontics department, College of Dentistry, Qassim University launched a specialized prosthodontic clinic to which difficult cases are transferred from the students’ clinic.

4. Case 1: Abdulrahman, 65 years old patient with large tongue. Case2: Faisal, 59 years old patient withexaggerated gag reflex. Case 3: Turfa, 67 years old patient with limited mouth opening.
5. Case 4: Abdulsalam, 72 years old patient with hemi-facial paralysis. Case 5: Ibrahim, 64 years old patient with bronchial asthma. Case 6: Abdullah, 70 years old patient with very thick saliva.
